High unemployment rates, unskilled and unemployable young men are the target of this initiative starting in late October 2024.

Candidates selected will be attending a series of practical sessions to learn the skill of welding. It is envisaged that this course will make them more employable but more so also enable them to wrk for themselves to generate incomes towards sustainability.
