The aim of the project is to train unskilled, unemployed ladies (aged between 23+). It is hoped that these courses will enable them to either be sourced by beauty salons, or more vitally important enable them to become entrepreneurial and start working for themselves in the communities they are located in, where a big market exists.

This is 6 months (twice a week) initiative, where candidates are exposed to haircare and beautician skills and are then channeled into one of the areas or both, based on aptitude and skills over this period.
