MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, the Almighty, Lord of the Worlds. We convey salutations and peace upon our Master, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (peace be upon him), his family, and his companions.
Our Motto: Believe. Inspire. Serve.
To Believe in the Almighty, to Inspire and be inspired, and to Serve creation with unconditional love and humility.
Connect a Heart Foundation (CAHF) was established in 2017 with the intention of restoring dignity, reviving hope and trust and providing support to the needy and less fortunate within our underprivileged communities.
What began with a small group of dedicated members, supported by our families, has grown into an organisation committed to serving Allah’s creation under His guidance. Our efforts are driven by sincerity, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility towards humanity.
We dedicate this organisation in honour of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (peace be upon him) and his family, our parents, and our spiritual guides.
May Allah (SWT) accept our humble efforts to serve Him and His creation, and through this service, draw us closer to Him, if Allah so wills.
Tawfik Jacobs
President
